I don’t just talk about leadership—I challenge it. I push leaders to move past conditioned habits, stop playing it safe, and step into alignment with who they say they are.

I’ve spent 17 years working with industry giants like PepsiCo, The Coca-Cola Company, Red Bull, and Korn Ferry. I’ve seen leadership up close—what works, what doesn’t, and where most leaders get stuck. Leadership isn’t about titles, managing teams, or playing the part. It’s about making decisions that reflect what you stand for—not what feels comfortable.

I advance leadership that creates real change—not just appearances. I help leaders and organizations cut through the noise, unlearn conditioned habits, and align actions with values—because leadership that only looks the part isn’t leadership. It’s a script, a set of predictable moves that keep the same dynamics in place. Authentic leadership requires alignment between what you say and do and the impact you create.

I have an MBA from Lindenwood University and a professional coaching certification from George Mason University. I combine strategy with transformation, helping leaders break through limitations, stand up for what they believe, and lead in ways that don’t just check a box—but shift what’s possible.
